How to avoid side effects of anadrol

I used creatine 8 or so years ago, had great gains, ( it was the exact same product then & dont tell me its gotten better becasue its effervescent or some .) But I also had a frequent & uncomfortable need to urinate that was NOT just from consuming extra liquid, but from my kidneys being put on overload & doing damage to them with this stuff. I drank plenty of water, took a little less than the recommended dose & was having the urination problem for years after the use of creatine… I also was very short tempered with my family & young kids at the time I took it as it altered my mood.
I also have a friend who underwent a kidney transplant, that if he didnt get, he would have died . the reason for his kidney failure was creatine & he would tell you to stay far away from it as it almost costed him his life. This stuff is absolutely no good-

Hi Dr Lynch,
I’m looking forward to receiving your book which I ordered the other day.
A few years ago I took 800mcg folic acid when trying for a 2nd baby (doctor’s recommendation). After a few months and one miscarriage I started getting pins and needles in my arms and legs, and even my head. It was horrible and continued for about 2 weeks. I went to my doctor to have my B12 checked (374pg/ml) and he also checked my folic acid level which was 80 ng/ml!! I stopped taking the supplement and after a while started taking a methyl B complex instead after reading and learning more about mthfr. I had another 3 early (5-7weeks) miscarriages in the year following the first one and I’m of course wondering if the high level of unmetabolised folic acid could have been part of the cause….? I’m heterozygous C677T and I also had a deficiency in iodine. And would the pins and needles have been caused by high folic acid or low B12…or both? Today I’m 30 weeks pregnant with twins and my nutrient levels are looking good. Thanks for all the great information!
All the best

Dear friends,
Essiac tea is one of the most potent detoxification combos ever discovered, hence the reason for multiple symptoms when dosages are too high or concentrated. I know this to be a fact as I have experimented.
Now let me start off by giving you facts: just as we do not gain weight overnight, so too we do not become ill (not speaking of the occasional colds and sniffs) overnight. It is a process that spans over years and it would only be logic to give your body some time to re-adjust and reach a stage of homeostasis.
The rules are simple:
Stay calm. (Our emotions go into overdrive when we are confronted with debilitating illness)

I’ve been fighting shingles now for 6 weeks and I’m still suffering from pain where the shingles blisters were located. I started 15 billion probiotics midway thru this and was feeling better. I was taking 5 billion 3 times a day. A friend coaxed me to bump it up to 20 billion. So I did this and by the 3rd day I had a rash all over my head. I’ve since stopped and the rash has gone away. I really want to go back on it, but now I’m stuck with 20 billion capsules. Any ideas on breaking these capsules in half to take half in the morning then again at night? Or should I wait til after this shingle pain goes away? I’m sure I’m in toxic overload with having fibromyalgia and type 2 diabetes. What would u suggest I do? Thank you.
