Due to its chemical structure nandrolone is weakly exposed to aromatase (only 20% of the aromatizing activity of testosterone). However, not estrogenic effects are its main concern: nandrolone has a potent progestogenic activity (20% of progesterone). While binding to progestogenic pituitary receptors nandrolone causes increased production of prolactin, which in effect is very similar to estrogen: its effect presents in reducing testosterone production, increasing fat mass and in gynecomastia. To prevent these side effects prolactin inhibitors (cabergoline) shall always be at hand when on nandrolones cycle.
While it’s common for bodybuilders to suspect that Anadrol would be an even riskier choice for use by women than most anabolic steroids, actually the reverse is true. Medically, once per day dosing of 50 mg/day over extended periods has shown only a moderate rate of virilization problems . The same certainly cannot be said of Anavar, Dianabol, or Winstrol ( stanozolol .) While not necessarily sufficient for high level female bodybuilding competition by today’s standards, such a dose actually is considerably more than needed by most women for excellent results in adding muscle, losing fat, and generally improving their physiques. Half this dose — 25 mg/day, preferably taken as divided doses — is very effective and is so far as I know the lowest-risk way to obtain this degree of benefit from anabolic steroids.
GHRP-6 can be effectively used in the elderly, very effective anti-aging therapy. GHRP is often used in conjunction with CJC-1295 (GRF 1-29) for pulse amplification of growth hormone. GHRP-6 is to be applied on an empty stomach, at least half an hour before meals. For bodybuilders and athletes GHRP-6 helps very effectively to gain muscle mass, increase strength, recovery and burn fat. GHRP-6 improves energy metabolism. After administration of GHRP-6 occurring rapidly increased appetite, often observed in connection with the leaching of ghrelin stimulation (approximately 20 minutes after injection). Ghrelin is a hormone naturally released in the walls of the stomach, which increases hunger. Due to these characteristics, GHRP-6 sometimes also used to treat cachexia (wasting), eating disorders and obesity.
